Live in Harmony

Hi! I've been playing Robot Unicorn on adultswim for HOURS.. i love that game and the song!! I downloaded it ahahaha it's called Always by Erasure. It's actually really funny in the sense that it's in the game and it's a joke, but the song has been stuck in my head. The title is actually a lyric from the song haha. So I'm wearing a blue blouse from h&m purchased for $20, high waisted black American apparel shorts purchased for $48, and the brown loafers were thrifted for $6! The belt is from my mother's surprisingly desirable closet! The bag is from Aldo Accessories, purchased for around $70.. I'm wearing a few bracelets and just one ring. The rosemary was given to me by my mother about a year ago. That's about it! Pretty simple today :) I can't wait for the artwalk here Downtown tomorrow night!! I've been spending hours for the past week thinking of what to wear and how to make my hair!! I think I'm going to leave it natural like it is today. You'll see tomorrow what outfit I ended up wearing. I promise it's going to be beaut!

Have a wonderful day!

Black M ☾☽ N

Hi! HAPPY MONDAY!!!! WOOOOOO!! MONDAYS R AWSUM MAN!!! So back to not being sarcastic, I'm wearing a floral corset top from Urban Outfitters purchased at Crossroads Trading for $14. Under, since it was kind of breezy, I wore a white tee purchased at the 99 cent store. The black shorts are from American Apparel, and the black heel oxfords are from eBay purchased for $13 dolla. I'm wearing my black lipstick purchased at CVS for $3. Aahhh.. I remember the first time I wore my black lipstic.. My mom bugged out and said, 'Why are you wearing that repulsive paint on your lips!?!! IT'S NOT HALLOWEEN LARISSA!' Good times.. Haha as for accessories, wearing my black rosary, few bracelets, watch, cross ring purchased on eBay, and a few other rings. It was so damn boring today. I HATE MY ENGLISH TEACHER. She makes my life a living hell, and I mean it. She hates me. Possibly more than I hate her. But whatever. Thank god the feeling is mutual. That bitch. Always emailing my dad telling him I don't work or anything.. BITCH I HAVE 4 A's, 1 B, AND 1 FAIL IN YOUR CLASS. That says something about the teacher, not the student, don't you think?!

Rot in hell you DYSLEXIC prude.

Anyways, have a wonderful day!

Mew Mew Pew Pew

Today I went to the 99 cent store and bought a few things.
- A blank black tee shirt
- Crazy glue
- Dice
- Porcelain kitties with paint included

The entire day I stayed inside so I wanted something to do other than watch Season 7 & 8 of House and drink hot cocoa. This is a DIY I did, pretty simple. I will cover the process of:

- My Dice Glasses

- My Fringed Tee

So the things you need to make the dice glasses are
- A bottle of crazy glue (1 dollar)
- 7 Dice (purchased 10 in a pack for 1 dollar)
- A pair of nice sun glasses that need a little spicing up ;)

SO FAR MONEY SPENT - $2

Photobucket

Now, you open the crazy glue bottle, which I had a little trouble doing ahaha, then you apply it onto the glasses' top right rim.

Once you've applied some glue on the top right rim of the glasses, you stick a dice (or two as I did) where the glue is. Make sure to do this IMMEDIATELY, or the glue WILL dry and that will be just a huge un-needed mess.

Photobucket

Once you're done with the top right rim, apply glue to the rest of the top rim where you want to place your dice! Once you're done, it SHOULD look like this.

Photobucket

Pretty simple. I like it though, adds a little bit of surprise to any casual outfit haha

Now for the FRINGE TOP DIY.
So the things you need to make the fringe top are

- A blank tee (1 dollar)
- Scissors
- Meter or ruler

SO FAR MONEY SPENT - $1

The first thing you will do is cut the hem off the shirt on the bottom.

Photobucket

It should look like this when you're done.

Now you will cut the fringes! It's surprisingly simple! You will measure from the bottom how many inches you want your fringes to be. KEEP IN MIND: The fringes will shrink a bit once you wash the shirt, but not too much. They will also become a little bit skinnier, which in my opinion makes them look better. I chose the fringes to be 4 inches long, which is the average.

What I did when I was cutting was hold both the front and back side of the shirt together, so I would save time and work. I would cut both sides at the SAME time. Once you're done, it should look like this.

PhotobucketBoth were VERY easy to make and cheap! Cute accessories that are wearable. I hope this came in handy or gave you some ideas :)

The little kitty porcelain kit wasn't really a DIY.. I mean I did it, but I can't really teach you how to do it. I just bought it for fun.
This is what it came out as haha

Great Source of Potassium & Gossip

Hi! Sorry for being MIA for a few days~it's tough being MZ. P0pULAR!!!!11! What can I say! So I paired an old Sublime T-shirt purchased at Hot Topic a few years ago for 20. To make it look a little different I rolled up the sleeves! I'm also wearing my new favorite pair of shorts! They were originally Black Levi's flare jeans.. I cut them and studded them! Which is what I sell on my eBay store :) The tights aren't pattern-less, surprisingly since I know you can't really tell in the photos. They have a zig zag pattern to them! And of course my favorite favorite FAVOOORITEST shoes ever ever. My Deena and Ozzy booties <3 <3 <3 haha the headband was actually a scarf, but I wear it as a headband. For accessories, just wore the usual. Watch, 4 rings, a few bracelets. Oh, and I kNOW you love my banana phone!! I felt like doing something different so (just for the photo) I used a banana as a phone haha. I really like this outfit actually. Fits the great Friday I've had so far!

Have a wonderful day!
