Linnus Spacehead

I just came home from the Melrose Trading Post with my grrrrl Isabel! We found some sweet stuff at equally sweet prices after hagging down the price tag like the stubborn treasure hunters we are! It was a lot of fun. We also both lost our Hellbound virginity.. TOGETHER!! IN PUBLIC!!! Those shoes are smeared all over the blogosphere, but we both ironically have never seen any outside of the computer screen. It was a really exciting moment and we complimented the young lady who was wearing them. She ignored us, but her friend smiled at us like this ---> :-) *sarcastically*

A few days prior, I went to go eat with my friend at a SUPER, and I mean SUUUUUPER elegant = expensive French restaurant in my city. It was SO good and the view was ethereal. The restaurant is located on the roof of an old building filled with lofts just a few blocks from me! It brought back so much nostalgia regarding my spring break France trip with my friends. We had a really great talk and covered topics such as free music concerts, Miracle Eye's future, MY future, street harassment, and my next visit to France. The night was a success.

On a more serious topic, the school year is coming to an end in a mere three weeks! = Summer! = Depression! = But I'm trying to avoid the latter this time around. I will be attending a buckload of events taking place in my city this summer, I will *hopefully* intern at a store Downtown, I will be traveling outside of the country to my favorite country ever ever ever, and I will be taking spontaneous trips with Isabel all over California to go thrifting/watch concerts/have a good fucking time. I'm trying to get a lot of things done within the next few months (July/August) regarding Miracle Eye, and myself, emotionally and mentally. I'm.. excited. After re-evaluating myself, I feel that I'm prepared to face summer, and able to make this one a much better (and happier) one than the ones from the past three years. Wooo! Talk about breaking it down. I hate facing reality most of the time.. I want to live in a utopia where all there is to eat is macaroni and cheese, pizza, and nachos, surrounded by rabbits and Gorillaz, The Shins, and The XX playing all day, just for me. ME ME ME. Ideally also living in a cloud made of fabric patches with the feminist fist, Wednesday, Bobby Hill from King of the Hill, and Beavis and Butthead printed on top.

CAN I JUST GO TO SLEEP ALREADY SO I CAN QUIT TALKIN' AND DREAM ABOUT THIS WONDERLAND ALREADY, MOM? GOD! YOU'RE SOO0O0 ANN0Y!NGGG!!!!11 Y0U JU$T D0N'T UNDERST@ND ME...... UGH..

Ripped up shirt - Melrose Trading Post
Skirt - H&M
Shoes - eBay (fake JCs!!! Got them for like, $30!)

Oh yeah, I dyed my hair. Forgot to mention that.

This small brooch reminded me of good ol' Leonard from Ugly Americans. I couldn't stop laughing/dancing!

Ooh, your day at the trading post looks so fun! You got some great pictures. I hope your summer is as fun and successful as you're anticipating and that you can stay away from the summertime blues.

Your hair. is fabulous. Gaaah I love it. And your outfit too (especially your shoes). I've never seen anyone wearing Hellbounds (or any Jeffrey Campbell, really) in THE REAL WORLD. How odd...

Holay shit, your hair looks so gooood and I am soo damn jeaalous!! Oh to have a decent amount of decently strong hair. I swear my hair is the weakest shit ever, it sux, cause I want to have pretty colours in my hair. Meh, first world problems man. Anyway, sounds like you have an exciting summer ahead. It's like, the start of winter here, and I'm already sad because now I know that winter is ending in three months :( that's how much I hate the heat. Anyway, this is such a random.. bizarrely structured comment. Sorray, I'm so tired. oooh, I have those hellbounds, fuck they're awesome. Goodbye :)

Um can I just say I love you or is that to weird to say to a stranger on the internet? It probably is, oh well, lets pretend that I just said that your style is perfect, your shoes are amazing, and I am obsessed with your hair. Yeah that's less creepy! Lol I'm a dork and I love Ugly Americans. Also your idea of Utopia sounds super radsauce.
